Using Zotero and EndNote on the same computer?

Hello,

I now have 2 different writing jobs, one of which uses EndNote for referencing and the new one uses Zotero. Can I use both EndNote and Zotero on the same computer with the same Microsoft Word app (I use a Mac, if that matters).

I don't need to convert from one to the other or use both on the same file. But when I am working on a piece for one job I want to use EndNote and when working on different pieces I want to use Zotero.

Can this be done? Will they work ok together on the same computer with the same Word app or will this cause problems? Any workarounds anyone knows of to make this simpler and not require 2 separate computers for my two jobs?

As far as we know this will work -- I'm not aware of any conflicts with the two Word add-ins. The tools will both try to open the same files from the browser (ris, bibtex). There are relevant settings both in Zotero's connector preferences and in your operating systems file associations should that become an issue.
