That's Zotero's default behavior, so you can just uninstall ZotFile unless you want to customize the renaming behavior.

On a similar note to the above, is there a way to have Zotfile strip out commas from PDF filenames, for the same reason that commas in filenames cause syncing to fail.

as a lawyer I'd like my case files to be renamed after the "Docket Number". As far as I researched, I couldn't find a "wildcard" for that in Zotfile.
