I open the Word document and switch to the Zotero tab. Then I click on 'Document Preferences' and select citation style. When I click on the OK button nothing happens.

Zotero was working fine, but after a while, when I try to add a reference, it closes the Word document and shows the message 'Zotero encountered a problem while updating your document.'

Forgot to say I reinstalled the word plugin (including removing zotero.dotm manually and reinstalling) as part of my attempts to get it working.

@wwk7225: If you start a new thread for the beta issue, we can troubleshoot that. But make sure you've seen this section — you have to make sure the Zotero toolbar is gone from Word before reinstallin
