Zotero was working fine, but after a while, when I try to add a reference, it closes the Word document and shows the message 'Zotero encountered a problem while updating your document.'
I uninstalled Zotero and reinstalled it along with its Word plugin, restarted my computer, created a new Word file, and tried all the solutions I found online, but nothing works.
I can no longer work.
