Zotero is fully compatible with Office 365. Try reinstalling the plugin from Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors. If that doesn't help try the manual installation steps

I tried the most recent release of Zotero along with the beta-release and undo in 1 go does not work in either of these versions for Microsoft Word from Office 365. Has this not been implemented for O
