Upgrade StorageWord could not communicate with Zotero
Hello,
I am working with OS Catalina 10.15.1 in MacBook Air 2015 and Word for Mac 16.35 (Office 365). Zotero plugin appears on Word but when trying to add a citation, the message "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again" comes up. Zotero is open, extension is enabled on Zotero's Add-on manager...I couldn't already start to use the app.
