Hi! I maintain the scite plugin. Generally the tallies only show up if they have DOIs. If you can send me a small sample of your library as an export I can dig in further to see what's going on. Feel free to email me at ashish@scite.ai or open an i…

Thanks both, the force refresh is what I needed, it works now on our dashboard pages, will expand support as I get time later this week ;)

Thanks @dstillman - yes, we always have a DOI, I just wasn't sure what tag to use in the element for the extension to pick it up. Will have a look at that link and figure it out.

Hi, (I'm from scite) -- it looks like the bug in the older version of our extension from yesterday was causing values to be corrupted in the database, so even after removing our extension, those bad values might have persisted and caused Zotero to …

Hi Courtney, If you're using the scite plugin for Zotero, it's due to a bug from that which manifested in Zotero 6 during the upgrade (I think). If you upgrade our plugin to 1.11.5 (released an hour ago), it should work again, assuming your databa…

Hi Mike, Do you use the scite plugin for Zotero / are any fields (title, DOI) being set to "0" in your library? This looks to be slightly different from what other users experienced, since you can open and see your DB, but would be good for me to …

Alternatively, you could try updating our plugin to the latest and see if that helps. https://github.com/scitedotai/scite-zotero-plugin/releases/tag/v1.11.1

Hi abravo -- sorry you ran into that issue. In this related discussion (see below) someone mentioned that deleting their prefs.js file from their Zotero profile directory worked. If you are able, could you: - Close Zotero - Go to your zotero profi…

So it works perfectly now that prefs.js was deleted? Any chance you still have the old prefs.js file that you could email to me at ashish@scite.ai? I am trying to replicate this bug but our plugin at 1.10.0 works for me on 5.0.96.3 so I suspect it'…

Should be fixed now in the latest version. To update it in Zotero, go to Tools -> Add-ons -> Right click the scite Plugin for Zotero and click Find updates. It should prompt you to restart. If somehow that doesn't work (please let me know), …

Looking into it - thanks for reporting!
