As noted in the issue, this was a bug in the Android version of the PDF framework we use on Android and iOS, but they've since addressed it, so we should be able to fix this soon.

Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for a PUT request. If you receive this message repeatedly, check your WebDAV server settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator. Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails?
