I want to change my file storage to a WebDav server, but in order to do so I have to download all PDF files first (otherwise I get an error that the file can't be found). I switched from download only when the file is needed to download with sync and I also resetted the sync, but the PDFs are not downloaded. when I click on a single PDF I can download and open it. The debug log numer is D1567744222

See Files Not Syncing. We'd want to see you resetting file sync history and then immediately syncing, and then opening a file that wasn't downloaded by the sync.

thanks for the help, after the reset the sync of all attachments was successful, see new log D1845532691. There were From my side the issue is resolved. thank you again
