I only get those messages when I continue to write or edit when I don't know that Zotero wasn't finished. Is the Zotero plugin for Word written in VBA or another language? (my assumption is from noticing that VBA preceded undo steps listed in the …

@bwiernik -- I have had this issue too and have turned off the Auto Update citations and use refresh periodically. Is there a way to get a confirmation message once the refresh process is complete or show some sort of progress bar? There have been…

The beta looks to be a tad faster.

After posting, I kept searching on line and found the solution here: https://myfattyjourney.wordpress.com/2011/08/02/im-quite-awesome-1-removing-extra-paragraph-marks-below-the-footnote-separator-line-in-microsoft-office-word/ Best, (case closed)

Sorry I missed that part... of your post. I will have to wait to install that since I am working on a time sensitive project that I only have a few hours left to work on this phase.

@dstillman I have currently 185 citations, in a 94 page document. I will try the option you mentioned, what are the impacts of disabling this setting?
-

I was thinking that something like this would be appropriate: (not entirely sure) Public Hearing in the Matter of: Finger Lakes LPG Storage, LLC. LPG Storage Facility. Before the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Office of Hea…

@bwiernik Thank you for your suggestion. Since I only have two or three of these documents to cite, I will try your presentation trick. Do you have any suggestions on what to put where? I am working in CMOS
-
Ahh... good to know...
-
Ok will try... also just a curiosity... if CSL doesn't have this type, why is it listed as a type?
-
Thank you! Found it....
-
Ahh.. ok. I am just learning CMOS 17, I have been working in CMOS 16 and that is the physical copy I have. Thanks for the explainer.
-
Thats what I have been doing... was hoping that I had missed something in Zotero... oh well. Thanks!
-
I thought I did... but couldn't find it. I will post my followup there. Thanks
-
ok great. So your steps above would work.
-
@bwiernik thank you for the feedback, could you let me know if Chicago's Citation Style supports it? I am not sure how to check or how Zotero's styles are written.
-
Thanks @adamsmith
-
@adamsmith I agree, I could not find anything in CMOS I have the physical 16th ed and digital access to 16th and 17th Eds, it was quiet on the subject. The only time I saw anything for time stamps was listed to social media.
-
When adding them as a suffix, how should I enter it just put the time (i.e. 0:08:12)?
-
@adamsmith the way that @Poettli recommended by escaping the dash looks to be an easy way and would be a simple conditional statements in the logic.
-
Chicago/Turbian
-
No once I put the dash it automatically goes to pp instead of p. I am using a colon instead of the hyphen and it does not treat 4:1 as multiple pages. if I go 4:1-4:17 it does. Wonder if this is something to have the development team look at, sin…

@poettli thanks!
-
Thank you all for your assistance. If there is anything that I need to do in relation to your changes please let me know. Thanks

I did the Issued and it only displays the Year not the full date for the citation and bibliography.
