Which publisher and style are you talking about? Have you got a link to the guidelines and a current publication (openly available) so we can check?
-
Please do not double post. It does not help anything/anyone. See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/81984/style-error-oecologia#latest for an answer on the issue.

In derersten Zeiledes Stils steht default-locale="en-GB" oder en-US. Das auf de-DE aendern. Dann geht's. Diese Richtlinien dabei beachten: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step

You can usethis style: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:springer-basic-author-date-no-et-al I have a fix submitted to fix this for everyone: https://github.com/citation-style-language/journals/pull/92

asdf for code to be visible. Generally, this is how you make it work. (adapt as necessary) APA will likely have subsitutes set for the author. The et-al setting needs to come directly behind the name par…

You've invented a URL that currently doesn't exist, so that won't help anyone. I have created a style though to be accepted onto the repository.
-
I'll look into it tomorrow (european time).

You can use this tool to extract them and create a new collection in your library: https://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/
-
Yes, that is possible with the above workaround I gave you.

No, you didn't fully understand. There is only ONE ibid term. So we can't pull up several different ibids. But what we can do is just, depending on the item type, let it print out a different word. It would be a workaround in CSL. Unless I understo…

1. Remember me box: I usually do and I understand that the login is renewed every 30 days. 2. I only use the forum, so that is the only part I really load up. (sometimes documentation to find an article to post in a thread)

You could define how the ibid looks for the different versions (short, long, verb, verb-short etc.) and then build a conditional into your ibid section by item type and utilise those newly defined ibids. You'd set this in the locale section. Eg.: …

Hi, html tags work on this forum, so it was shown correctly. I made a quick draft of the style. Test it out and let know what needs fixing. I actually didn't see any examples in your guidelines, so the style is just based on the typesetting in tha…

Thanks. That's fixed. Any clue about #1? https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/b74da4ae52f8b4c65dadf8df6cebe207f0367b9d/marine-turtle-newsletter.csl

The solution is right there?! Use one of the styles that are provided under that link.
-
You would change the citation style to another one that fits your prerequisites or edit the citation style. Unless your journal or publisher specifically asks you to omit the DOI, then I would recommend against the no-DOI-no-issue version of the st…

Better: ;) Re the other question regarding legal cites, somebody else needs to chime in. That's always black magic for me.

1. disambiguation suffix collapse: not yet sure how to achieve that. 2. chapters: apart from the italics of the book-title it was already doing everything: MARES, I. 2001. Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to …

@cvdgeer Here is a first draft. Let me know what needs fixing. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/839d166d8fe853eb91d16a439421205fcbc28793/marine-turtle-newsletter.csl (right click, save as, install in Zotero)

As per the link I gave you above you need to call the variable "authority" and not publisher, then it will display what you need.

Change the language from en-US to de-DE. (usually in the first line of the code default-locale....) (This might change other language-specific things in your style.)
-
Yes. Guidelines just say they need to be disambiguated. No further information is given how the bibliography should be sorted in terms of citations from the same authors (which would be the settings that would change it from b>a to a>b).
-
You don't need the bibliography in your document, in order for the style (that is already applied) to do its job.
-
That's based on how the citations are sorted in the bibliography "V" comes after "C". (Accadia et al., 2012b, pP03012) (Accadia et al., 2012a, pP03012) Accadia, T. et al. (2012a). Copy: Virgo: a laser interferometer to detect gravitational waves. …

If you are trying to show code here you need to wrap it into asdf tags. But if it is a larger piece of code, please post it to pastebin/hastebin and link it here. Better. You might also find this useful: https://aurimasv.github.io/z2csl/typeMap.xml
