There was a problem on the computer of the first user : Zotero was not synced with the group library... it's now done and everything's fine. Sorry ! (indeed, "document" sounds like the Word file... maybe "référence" or even "item" could be used).

I 've got the same problem with a big database (about 15.000 references). Zotero is very slow and doesn't sync...

I checked with our IT team, and indeed the zotero server was blacklisted (by mistake). They corrected it and it works well now. Thanks for your help !

Thanks, emptying the trash worked well...I can't disable my antivirus software, because this is a professionnal computer and this function is locked. By the way, I think I'm gonna get googles... I never noticed the trash was there !!!

Now, it still creates the Startup folder with zotero.dot inside, but it also copies the zotero.dot file in the Démarrage folder. Conclusion : it works !!

I checked the Toolbars, but none with a name looking like Zotero. I tried Reinstalling Word Components too, but nothing more. I've the trial version of Endnote X3 already installed. I don't think the issue comes from here, but never know...
