On "attachment not opening": I also got a bunch of PDF icons with question marks, but I figured it was because some of my attachments were longer than Zotero could process. When I shortened the titles, they synced and I could open them in iOS app.

Sounds great! @dstillman does this feature work with linked files? i.e. if i use zotfile, is it worth for me to download the beta? will pdfs need to be stored via zotero for this feature to sync with the ios app?

Also, most markdown editors will automatically convert from HTML and RTF, or there will be a function for that in the Edit menu. I know Ulysses (via Edit menu) and Bear automatically convert Zotero quick copy to their versions of Markdown.

My point is not exactly about multiple items--even if I want to share just one reference, I still need the "select" interface to get to the copy reference button. But probably the three-dots menu would do the trick.
