Thanks for the tip, this one seems to do the trick: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ezproxy/ednonnjhnmhbmockcgihebokfcifboad?hl=de

Thank you for your reply. I would be happy if I simply could add *.sagepub.com to the list of sites which need redirection. My question is triggered by the migration to a new computer - now I have to learn Zotero anew which sites to access via …

Hi Dan, thanks for your reply. The ID is 1176205206. In any case, the steps do not help solving the problem. DNH

1. Track changes is off. 2. I did insert citations in image captions. 3. I am not using Word. 4. I always make copies. 5. I did try to change the style. 6. I did try to delete the reference list. 7. I can report a bug (I now did) but I w…

Thank you for your reply. It is no problem to see with citations are problematic--they're obviously shown in superscript, otherwise I hadn't any problems. And yes, I can delete them. Sometimes, reinserting helps, other times it won't. The same holds…

I just tested it using LO 3.4.2 on W7 - it works. I will test it on Kubuntu 11.04 tomorrow. Zotero-folks, thank you for your help. And goodbye to OpenOffice.

Hi Simon, I think I am getting closer to the cause of the problem. When trying to install the extension, two uno.exe processes are started. On a OOo-help page (http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Extensions_trouble_shooting#java_loader), it say…

The bug has been reported previously quite a while ago (I've added a link to the original bug report). But it doesn't seem that anyone at LO is too concerned. Maybe others experiencing the same problem could confirm the bug and stress that it is imp…

Thanks for reply, I tried both places - and I tried every possible suggestion to solve the problem I could find. Turning off java, reinstalling, downgrading and then upgrading OOo, deleting profile, different updates of java, you-name-it ... to no a…

Thanks, Simon. Let's hope it gets fixed in the near future. Would also be great, if a solution for the implementation loader problem could be found (http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/16966/error-could-not-create-java-implementation-loader).

Hi, my comment from May 2 still applies: "Whenever I open a doc-file (with bookmarks) in LO, they're all broken. It does not matter whether the file was edited in LO or in OOo before opening in LO."
-
I just tried LO 3.4 on W7, still doesn't work properly ... I am sort of getting frustrated. It is not possible to install the integration in OO 3.3 due to the "implementation loader" problem (see other thread) and on LO 3.4 it doesn't work with doc-…

I have the same problem using FF5 and OO3.3.0 on W7 with Java 6.0 Update 26. I've tried countless suggested solutions for hours now, to no avail. It does not work, I always end up with the implementation loader problem.

Thank you for the quick response. It appears to work now. However, when I ask for the extension to be reinstalled in OOo, it reports that it wants me to install libreoffice-java-common?

Hi, my system (Kubuntu 11.04) just updated to FF5 () - any help how I can make it use Zotero and OpenOffice? I can't install the PythonExt mentioned above ... Thanks, DNH

Would anyone know if this problem is being solved? I'd love to migrate to Ubuntu 11.04, but I am hesitant to do so until this problem is fixed.
-
Sorry, my description was imprecise. It boils down to this: Whenever I open a doc-file (with bookmarks) in LO, they're all broken. It does not matter whether the file was edited in LO or in OOo before opening in LO.

Adam, this is what I did, of course. I have been using Zotero for three years now.

Hej, looks good, Hafnius. Is there are way one can help translate the Danish used in Zotero itself? As of now, the Danish version suffers from numerous typos.
-
The first suggestion did NOT work. The second did, however. Thanks.

Ah, I see - good to know, thanks. Let's hope, 2.1 leaves beta soon! ;-)

I installed the new OOo-version 3.2.1 manually on Kubuntu 10.04. It has two advantages: - It works with Zotero. - It looks a lot better than 3.2.0. ;-)
-
Zotero ... please!!! I love Zotero, I don't want to migrate to Mendeley - please please fix the problem! ;-)
-
phonon1, it is definitely not Ubuntu-specific, I am using Kubuntu 10.04. But possibly it is Canonical-specific? In any case, it is a major problem that's causing more and more problems. I know, Zotero is free, but it would be great if it could be fi…

Let me add that one cannot convert existing doc-files to odt-files without loosing all references ... help desperately needed! ;-)
-
I can confirm every word written by phonon1!
-
I can confirm rogerdean's description of the crashes when writing doc-files - this is a major problem since all my colleagues use doc- or docx-files. For the time being, this means that I simply can't use Zotero.
-
Seems to work on Kubuntu 10.04 with OOo 3.2! :-)
-
Openoffice still crashes when openoffice.ord-kde is installed ...

I just updated to FF 3.6 on Kubuntu 9.10, everything seems to work fine with Zotero. I had some problems with Java, but this info helped me: http://slackblogs.blogspot.com/2010/01/firefox-36-and-java.html
