My sincere apologies. Indeed... I overlooked it.

Hi, I would like to include the "ibid" option in the "Journal of International Peacekeeping" style. I have tried to do this before to another style but that was a disaster. Is there any chance someone can help me with this? Many thanks! Hanna

If I include your suggestion, I get two errors: Line 186: Element “choose” from namespace “http://purl.org/net/xbiblio/csl” is missing a required instance of child element “if”. Line 192: Element “if” from namespace “http://purl.org/ne…

The ibid-section can be found under lines 186 and following

The code does not want to appear in this discussion?

Okay, I ran it through the validator and there was a mistake in the "ibid" section. When I simply inserted what you suggested, the validator tells me it is not correct. So I tried to make changes but it is still not correct apparently: …

Thanks for the input. I tried to adjust the style, but now I am just not able to upload the .csl file... Is there a chance I can just send you the new code?
-
So I mean the following: - If the source, including the page number is identical: "Ibid" - If it contains another page from the same source: "Ibid, p. [...]"

Many thanks for uploading this new version to the repository. I really appreciate this. And apologies for the delay in my response (I was on maternity leave from the beginning of October).

@damnation Many thanks for all your work - this is greatly appreciated!! @adamsmith - Okay for ‘para.’ and ‘paras’. - Newspaper articles: I still don't get a date when I generate a footnote for the following source: What it should be: BBC New…

Thank you very much for the revisions! Please find some responses below: 1)i) comma after title: not fixed HannaKUL: Can I fix this myself? Otherwise I will have to update this all manually. ii) label for locators: fixed HannaKUL: Thank you, t…

Thank you very much for the changes you made! Please find some responses below, as well as a repetition of a number of comments that I made above that have not yet been implemented so it seems. 1) books: Where do you see in the guidelines that th…

@damnation Many thanks - this is really greatly appreciated. I went through the citations and have the following comments: General comment for all entries: If the same sources is cited in subsequent footnotes, “ibid in italics” can be used in…

For other sources, the following examples can be used: Case law: Court, Case name in italics, date decided [day, month, year], docket number, reporter, reporter volume, first page, p./pp./para. Reports: Author, title in italics, report number…

I uploaded some examples. Please find them here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ibrx6xi6xe6p8ol/AADcwKw6GKR_XvVKUtEmgd1pa?dl=0

@damnation: many thanks for sharing the instructions. I revised my request accordingly. Please let me know if this is sufficient.

In the example above, I did not manually edit footnotes. What I do regularly is switch sentences to which footnotes are attached. For example, I switch sentence X (to which footnote 1 is attached) with sentence Y (to which footnote 2 is attached). …

I just updated my reference list/bibliography in the end of the article for a final update of the references and suddenly all the reference were no longer listed in alphabetical order. Is there a chance that this can be changed so they appear in alp…

@bwiernik Many thanks for the input. I could not find any guidance from Springer in this regard - I just assumed it had to be with a dot, but you might be right it is without.
-
Thanks - the dot has indeed been changed to a comma! Many thanks!

Paragraphs are not in a specific field in the Zotero program itself, you can just choose its instead of pages. So not really sure where you can adjust this :). The year is removed for reports, yet the dot between author and title should be a comma.…

Another small issue that I have come across is that if I use two sets of round brackets in a footnote, than the inner ones are changed automatically into square brackets. Could this maybe also be adjusted so they remain round? Many thanks!
-
Seems very good now - thank you. Two (hopefully very last) comments: - in case law, "paras" should be with a dot ("paras."). For the singular this is done, but not for the plural. - for reports, there should not be a year in brackets between au…

Many thanks! You are really saving me lots of time... Thank you for that! A couple of small points: Reports: - Between the title of a report and the report number, there should be a comma instead of a dot - Dates: Should be 1 January 2018 inste…

My apologies for that - in the new doc files (https://ufile.io/edmw1) I outlined how the citations for legal stuff should be. I am not really sure how much more information I can give, but I will give it a try. The specific changes that need to be …

Many thanks - that worked. I tested the new version. The ibid function works well, yet it seems that the other citations such as those of texts and reports have not been changed (e.g. for cases: still no use of italics and still wrong order; for rep…

I tried to download the link and then add it to Zotero (Zotero preferences > cite > additional styles > add downloaded link) but this didn't work. The downloaded file has an txt extension and remains light grey so I can't click on it. Is th…

@LeonorVeiga I do have licensed software so that should not be an issue. That being said, I restarted my computer once again and I am now able to insert or change footnotes in word and keep the word screen in front of me instead of being switched …

My apologies - I now made some specific examples, see https://ufile.io/94p7i Is this sufficient? Many thanks in advance.
