@Robertsda it saves the PDF. Otherwise maybe you’re not subscribed or there was a mistake when importing.

You can also just use the binary officially provided by Zotero.

Zotero is not proprietary, it is 100% free and open source.

The WebDAV protocol is supported by Zotero and other protocols, like Dropbox's, Google Drive's, OneDrive's... are not.

I would suggest supporting also DJVU. Many papers are provided in that format. I don't know if this would be technically easy/difficult to carry out on the desktop/ipad versions.

@eurunuela I think that this app doesn't intend to be a general purpose PDF reader. I wouldn't expect otherwise. Just use a dedicated reading app for PDFs which are not in Zotrero.

@dietmarw Do you maybe sync with webdav? I've had no problems to open PDFs stored in Zotero servers.
