Error: HTTP GET http://www.zotero.org/styles/american-journal-of-sociology failed with status code 404 @adamsmith American Journal of Sociology is not a CSL style I can find. Was it ever an official style and is now gone (or merged into something)?

Thanks for the report. We actually have a ticket for this, but it never got attended to, partially because this is not really the way you would want to use Zotero anyway. I'll keep it in mind.

Could you produce it again without an ongoing Zotero sync? The sync produces a huge number of debug lines, making the log you have submitted very hard to work with.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Word. Have you tried these suggestions?

Well, it might work with XP though. You could try submitting a startup debug ID. Do not submit the Debug ID before attempting to interact with Zotero via Word first.

Are you on Windows XP? I'm afraid we no longer support it. You will have to upgrade your operating system.

Sorry for the trouble. It should work if you restart Zotero. If you're working on a style, you will keep on getting this and should download the Zotero Beta where the issue is fixed (we have not released it on the stable channel yet).
