Can you reproduce it in a new document? If so, what are the steps?
-
Does the Zotero plugin not show up in any of your saved word documents or just the ones from SharePoint?
-
@zot12345 Does it help if you move the document into a folder on OneDrive that does not have any spaces? Make sure that the full path does not contain spaces.
-
See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#installation_error Make sure that LibreOffice has a valid JRE selected. OpenJDK should work on Windows.

See https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

Can you reproduce this multiple times in the row while performing the same action?
-
You should click and drag with the mouse along the right-hand edge of Zotero, where you'll see a narrow bar, which will reopen the item pane.

What does it say in the LibreOffice extension manager? Is it reproducible strictly after you restart Zotero and LibreOffice and insert a citation in a new document? Could you submit a Report ID?
-
Which citation style are you using? Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero?
-
Which citation style? Does it happen in a new document?
-
Could you describe more specifically how do you get the Zotero tab to NOT show up? We have had reports about this, but haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves.
-
Could you describe step-by-step what you are doing and what happens?
-
The Zotero plugin works with 64-bit Office well.
-
Restart both Zotero and your browser and try again. You should never refresh Google Docs tabs mid-way through a Zotero update and if you do, you will need to restart Zotero to get it to work again.
-
Does it work in a new document with a single citation? Can you add normal citations? Are you using any other Google Docs plugins?

Could you try it in a new profile? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles

There's a list of hostnames under the Connector proxy settings. You can remove individual entries there.

Zotero currently does not integrate with Word for iPad. This is unlikely to change very soon.

We haven't really seen anything like you're describing. You could try resetting your Word Normal.dotm file by renaming it to Normal.dotm.bak. It is located in C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates. Try opening Word files directly af…

Has there been any consistency to when Zotero freezes or was it random? Like attempting to edit or insert a citation in the same place would always result in a freeze? If you get a freeze, try performing the same operation in the same place in the d…

What do you mean by "Zotero becomes unresponsive"? When you click Add/Edit Citation in Word, what happens and how long do you wait? If the citation box does not show up, is the Zotero window itself still responsive and you can look through your libr…

Invalid or missing translator metadata JSON object in Thieme.js You should delete Thieme.js from the translators folder in your data directory https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data and restart Zotero

Restart Zotero and Chrome. Go into a new Google Doc, use the Zotero menu in Google Docs and click "Add/edit citation". If it didn't work, describe what happened.

There is no 2015 version of Office or Word. You are mistaken. Could you confirm what version of Word you have, give us the full text of the error you are seeing and after which step in the process you see it. We can troubleshoot LibreOffice too if …
-
We have not tested this (and have not heard from other users trying), but it sounds like it should work, as long as you don't edit the text of the citations themselves. I'd make a copy of the document before doing this in case anything goes wrong.

Restart Zotero and your browser. In a google doc try adding a citation. If the citation dialog does not appear, look through Zotero windows (by clicking in the bottom toolbar) and see if it is there. If it is, it's likely because you minimized the Z…

Zotero works well both with Google Docs and Word. If you are never seeing the citation dialog or progress bar pop up, it is likely because you are minimizing the Zotero window which unfortunately makes it impossible for Zotero to focus those dialog …

I see you have a lot of other extensions in Chrome, do you have a lot of extensions in Firefox too? Have you tried disabling them? The variability is the worrisome part; we can't expect normal users to uninstall/reinstall the Zotero Connector or go …

Could you take the screenshot of the full Google Docs page, upload it somewhere and post a link here? Also, is the chekbox for Google Docs checked under the Connector preferences and is the Zotero menu not appearing in new documents too?
