Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. That's odd...Let me double and triple check. I have been working with sync preview for a couple of months now, so I'm not sure why it would be seeing an old database. Thanks again!

Thanks for the suggestion, but the 1.0.7 is not compatible with citations that have been added under 3.0.3 - I tried this but it does not seem to work for me. Unless I am missing something. Thanks for the suggestion.

i disabled the adobe acrobat plugin (not extension, but plugin) in firefox (I didn't uninstall it, just disabled it) and that seemed to take care of that issue. I also had that problem when I installed it.

Thanks. I upgraded to 1.0.4 and that is when the problems began. I switched back to 1.0.3 and can download both google books and scholar with no problem. In 1.0.4 I get a popup telling me there is a problem with the site translator.
