It can take a minute for changes to storage usage to be reflected in your settings.
-
Can you email storage@zotero.org with the details?
-
There are no separate accounts for an Institution subscription, so they won't need to transfer anything. The user can add their institutional email address to their Zotero account from the account settings (https://www.zotero.org/settings/account) …

You can replace a covered user with a different user at any time. You would not need to make any additional purchase.
-
If this is not a temporary issue that resolves itself, it's generally an issue with the bank not processing the payment. You can email storage@zotero.org to get more details.
-
Make sure you've set up syncing in your Zotero application, and that you're using the same account in both places. You can check which account you set up Zotero to sync with from the sync preferences https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync …

If you mean the username/email and password were automatically entered into the form when you went to the login page (https://www.zotero.org/user/login/), that's not something zotero.org does. If it's not being saved directly in the browser it could…

That would be correct, but your school doesn't currently have a Zotero subscription. I think you may actually be looking at a guide from a different but very similarly named school.

Public Open groups (where anyone can join without invitation/confirmation) do not allow files to be added at all. You can have a Public Closed group (members must be invited or accepted in order to join) with file attachments. Those files will only…

Do you know if the links in their mail are going through any kind of redirect service as institutions often add? I don't think we've had any other reports of this happening generally, and it looks like a couple of users have been able to successful…

Items added to a group library remain unless they are explicitly deleted. They will not be deleted because a user leaves the group or deletes their Zotero account.

System defaults in Linux are complicated and can be set in a lot of different ways for different Linux flavors https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/file_handling_issues#pdfs_opening_in_wrong_application_on_linux_systems but you can also now set the a…

There are 2 pending invitations for your group from today that have not yet been accepted. The users need to accept the invitations to join the group before they can view it. They can do this using the link they were emailed, or if they are logged …

You can delete your account at any time using the link to "Permanently Delete Account" at the bottom of your account settings (https://www.zotero.org/settings/account)
-
Are you still seeing this? It doesn't look like you should have any storage quota problems now, but it can sometimes take a few minutes for quota changes to be reflected everywhere.
-
Yes, they will still be able to accept the invitation either way, but if you already know the email address or username they use for Zotero, inviting them with that will be easier as it will also show up for them as long as they're logged in on zote…

You can downgrade at any time just by selecting the new storage level as long as your current usage is within the new limit, however it will credit your subscription with extra time rather than issuing a partial refund.
-
Sorry about that. The link should be working again now.
-
It doesn't look like you're syncing with the account you're posting from. You can check what account you're syncing with from the sync preferences (https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync)
-
Thanks for pointing this out. Emails would still be sent out, but unfortunately those don't always reliably make it to an inbox. Invitations will now be associated with your Zotero account if they go to a verified secondary email address as well a…

Your profile is showing up in search for me. Quotes might be helpful "Kevin Kaatz" You can also just ask them for a link to their profile, or directly to their web library if it's public.

Would you consider allowing Zotero's users to buy their cloud storage using GNU Taler? https://taler.net/en/ According to Taler: "there are currently no products in the market yet, and we believe this would be premature given the state of the projec…

Our payment processor (Stripe) is specified in several places, including on the page you were linked to under "Third-Party Services Used" Legally processing payments generally requires someone having your personal information, whether it is Stripe …

The payment didn't go through which is why your storage was not upgraded. You can try again and if you continue to have problems email storage@zotero.org with details and we can help sort it out.
-
The charge didn't go through so your storage wasn't upgraded.

It looks like you have two accounts set up, and the one you're posting from does not have permission to manage the group. Make sure you're logged in to the correct account to manage it (the behaviour you describe would happen if you left that page o…
-
That just means it's already associated with an account, and they should reset their password instead of trying to register a new account with the same email address.
-
If you email storage@zotero.org with details we can help figure out what's going on.

You can't give other users permission to edit your personal library though. This is only possible using group libraries.
