A new problem which my IT Team can't solve. When I seek to cut and paste from a jpeg or graphic file (including screen shots) into a Word document, I only get empty graphics boxes.

I cannot give Zotero access to the word through the "Automation" settings. Please advise. The beta Zotero uses much less ram so I am loathe to go back.

As I say there: You can look at the word field codes (and specifically the item URI) for clues as to which of the two scenarios this is. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/word_field_codes

then you can choose a language under Document Preferences in Word and all the terms will be automatically translated. Eds. becomes "Hrsg." and so on.

As adamsmith says in your other thread, for a document of this size you should look into switching to Word or LibreOffice.

That's not a specific citation format — it's just a generic author-date placeholder. If you add the note to a word processor document with the plugin, the citations will use the format you've selected

Note that you only change citation formats in the Word add-on. Nothing you do in the Zotero app itself will affect citations in Word.
