Imported Graphics

A new problem which my IT Team can't solve. When I seek to cut and paste from a jpeg or graphic file (including screen shots) into a Word document, I only get empty graphics boxes.

This cut and paste of graphics works OK into Excel, pdfs and into Word documents on other computers where Zotero is not offered as a menu option. So the 'common denominator' for these 'empty' graphics boxes seems to be Zotero.

Is this is known issue? Any advice, please? Look forward to hearing. Thank you.

Incredibly unlikely this would be Zotero: Zotero's Word integration does absolutely nothing in a Word document unless you actually click on of its buttons. (You're also the only person to ever report something like this).

I guess you can try removing Zotero from Word (just delete the Zotero.dotm from the start-up folder -- you can later re-install this) if you want to definitely exclude it as a culprit.
