Yes, Zscaler is known to block Zotero 6, because it identifies as an older version of Firefox. The Zotero 7 beta will work.

I don't know what 360 Browser is, but it's not something we support. We support Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

Note the special steps in Firefox to download the .xpi file: if you use Firefox, make sure to right-click and save the XPI file, not just clicking it – and then in Zotero: [...]

I had the same problem in Firefox 127.0, Zotero Connector 5.0.126 and Zotero 6.0.36 (and former versions of those softwares) on Windows 10

DOI doesn't matter — it's Zscaler security software, which doesn't like the older version of Firefox on which Zotero 6 is based.

The current Chrome Connector indeed doesn't work on WorldCat. We are pushing an update with a fix. In the meantime you can use Firefox, Edge or Safari, where it will work correctly.
