    Yes, Zscaler is known to block Zotero 6, because it identifies as an older version of Firefox. The Zotero 7 beta will work.

    I don't know what 360 Browser is, but it's not something we support. We support Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

    Just realized I haven't described what's not working exactly. Item is saved but without Note. Works as intended in Firefox on the same machine.

    You can probably fix this by using the Zotero 7 beta. Zscaler is known to block Zotero 6, because it identifies as an older version of Firefox.

    I've checked and my Zotero desktop says it is up to date, I presume the plugins are up to date. I've tried on both an Intel and an M1 Mac, and tried both Firefox and Safari and so far no joy. Any help

    DOI doesn't matter — it's Zscaler security software, which doesn't like the older version of Firefox on which Zotero 6 is based.

    The current Chrome Connector indeed doesn't work on WorldCat. We are pushing an update with a fix. In the meantime you can use Firefox, Edge or Safari, where it will work correctly.

    I'm using Firefox but tried at least once from Chrome - same problem.
