I first encountered Zotero nearly 18 years ago and wrote about it positively on my blog: https://www.mkbergman.com/329/zotero-proof-positive-firefox-has-emerged-as-a-platform/. In those early days, I interacted much with the original developers and was always impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team.
I most recently dealt with the project having to do with some proxy issues and the Zotero Connector, and again have a very positive experience to report.
Since my first discovery of Zotero I have used it on a nearly daily basis. My personal library has about 10,000 references, with more than 90% having PDFs or full text. I link Zotero into LibreOffice and have been much impressed with the integration of citations and bibliographies.
So, team, thank you for a most remarkable tool. You have consistently delivered excellence over your long tenure. May you continue to have many years of success. Thank you!

mark.diamondIndeed. This forum is, by design, the place where people talk about the problems they are having with using Zotero in some way. But it's a truly wonderful tool and I, like you, am extremely grateful to have benefited from the ongoing very hard work of a host of people whom I will never have the chance to thank in person.
