Zotfile did not migrate across to Zotero 7. But the annotations are now handled by the Zotero PDF reader so you do not need it for that.

You'll need a replacement for ZotFile. Most people use ZotMoov but there is also attanger (for "Zotero attachment Manager"). Functionality should be the same.
