You may just need to wait longer. Unfortunately Word integration is currently rather slow on macOS, so in a very large document, it can take a while to generate a bibliography.

Do you mean Word for Mac 14.7.7, as in Word 2011? Zotero requires Word 2016 or later on macOS. And Word 16.24 is an outdated version of Word from 2019. You should upgrade to a current version.

I resolved my issue. I had previously edited the references when they were in a different format so they did not accurately display in the bibliography in Word. Reverting all citations fixed them.
