Is there a way to tell Zotfile to put each item (hightlighted text, etc.) in separate Zotero Note ?

I have put Zotfile in extension to put all the PDFs on my computer.

Your best bet for mobile right now is to use ZotFile to send PDFs to a Dropbox folder or similar and retrieve after annotation.

I have made no manual changes to the database. I have used Zotfile but currently it is disabled so that I can make sure it is not a Zotfile problem.
