All annotated with the same software using the same type of annotations? (e.g. ZotFile doesn't support text boxes and doesn't support Skim annotations)

I have a PDF with extensive annotations. The tool in Zotero (Zotfile) that extracts annotations does not work with this file, but it does work with other ones. Advice? I'm happy to attach the file.

It seems that Zotfile does not index the pdf bookmarks as a ToC any more, when inserting the pdf as a link.

The automatic update works—you only need to manually install one time when switching from Zotfile 4 to 5.

I have since learnt that you need to install the update manually from https://github.com/jlegewie/zotfile/releases. The automatic update for add-ins does not work.

Zotfile is not compatible with Zotero 5.0.10. I hope it updated soon.

In zotero 4.x, these popup windows disappeard automatically. In the new 5.x, I have to click on each popup to close it. Is this an issue with zotero or with the zotfile plugin?

Zotfile 5.0 will only work on Zotero 5, which comes only as Standalone and does not require extension signing.

You somehow ended up with a stored file with a relative path to elsewhere on your hard drive. This shouldn't be possible, so not sure how it happened — could've been some bug or something ZotFile did.
