Upgrade Storage"Error processing uploaded data" + inability to report error (Juris-M)

When I try to sync Juris-M, the sync fails. When I try to report the error, I get the message "Invalid response from repository."
I have pasted the error report at the end of this post.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Juris-M.
2. Click sync button. An error message indicator appears (red circle with exclamation mark next to sync button).
3. Click error message indicator. Message pops up: "Error processing uploaded data (Report ID: aeed06f0)." (Note that the Report ID varies each time.)
4. Click "Report Error." A new window pops up (contents pasted below).
5. Click "submit."
6. New window pops up: "Invalid response from repository."
