It's seems to have worked itself out. I opened the page in Firefox and had to do something to sign in to ProQuest through my institution and now all appears to be well. I guess I just wasn't signed in

Thanks for the comment. I was referring to the NYT historical archive through ProQuest. Your link brings me to the database of the NYT self.

EBSCO specifically. It works in Proquest, Scopus and Web of science and Jstor.

Are some of these simply not working with the translator?

I have tried several different ProQuest databases, and they are all behaving in the same manner. Working w/details/abstract but not other tabs.
