I installed Zotero program and the connector from www.zotero.org. The plugin does appears en Google Docs but not in Word in my laptop (the Refworks-RCM plugin appears in Word but not in Google Docs).

There is probably some kind of confusion. How did you install Zotero? Leaving the the Word plugin aside for a moment, can you run the desktop program itself?
