Upgrade StorageZotero Search Box Not Working in Word

I just install Zotero and can't add citations in Word. The search box for references in Zotero cannot pop up normally, and it shows an error. Is this error related to the Jasmine plugin I installed?
steps to produce：
1.Start Zotero.
2.Start Word.
3.Write something.
4.Click on "Document Preferences".
5.Choose any style and click on "OK'.

dstillmanDoes it work if you restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
