That doesn't really make sense. Both the Google Docs plugin and the Word plugin use your local version of Zotero, so any style you were using in Google Docs would also be available in Word.

I was wrong. Zotero could not refresh the document as it did not recognize the reference style (which is MDPI). I changed it to IEEE and all the process from google docs to word docx went ok.

No, your Zotero account has nothing to do with this. It's just that, when prompted, you need to give the plugin permission to the same account that you're signed into Google Docs with.

You should restart your browser and try again. Make sure that you authenticate Zotero with the same account that you are signed in on Google Docs with.
