Not opening some of my documents in web

Hi. I am using Zotero for curation of my resources for my study. It is all fine on my Zotero desktop buy then when I put the link to the web for my tutors everything is still there but some things won't open - they open on my desktop Zotero which is weird! The resource links that won't open on the web link are key note presentations, google docs and you tube clips. Need some help with this before I submit my Zotero curation of resources please. Thanks :)

What kind of attachments are these? Stored files? Web links?

Can you provide the URL you see in the address bar after clicking the parent item of one of the things that's not accessible?

Some are stored files, some are web links. I can't find the URL but here are some of the type of documents that I can't open when my Zotero link web address is shared with my tutor (they will open on my Zotero on my desktop though:
Useful websites for eye conditions.docx
Collaborative Eye Conditions document.docx
Active Learning Sharon.pdf
Keynote - the brain.key

I will send a screenshot of one of them from the Zotero link when the web address is shared.

The URL is just what's in the address bar of your browser. Same as on any website — the web address of the page you're looking at. You just need to copy and paste it here.

OK, those are all stored files, but none of them have been uploaded, likely because you're at your free file syncing quota. When you sync, there'll be a warning icon next to the sync icon, which when clicked will tell you that.

Hi I have just paid for more data as advised. Seems to be opening most of my documents when is accessed from the web but not key note presentations?

What's happening, exactly? That file has been synced and exists online. Note that, as a Keynote file, that's not something you'll be able to preview in the browser, so you'd have to download the file.

Yes it downloads but then is just a black screen with a tiny square in the middle.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. It should just be the same file that you added to Zotero. Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here?
