Have you tried disabling all other browser extensions? I tried to reinstall the google docs under word processors

I was using Zotero last night without issue and this morning it's as if all of the lights are on and nobody's home. I click on Zotero in the menu on google docs and the drop down menu doesn't material

I've been citing and editing my Word file in Google Drive with Zotero.

I noticed this recently too. I found that if I simply closed and restarted google docs, it fixed the problem and the zotero menu became accessible again.

No progress bar or citation dialogue, just the popup in google docs.
