Google Docs nott responding to Zotero

I was using Zotero last night without issue and this morning it's as if all of the lights are on and nobody's home. I click on Zotero in the menu on google docs and the drop down menu doesn't materialize. I click on the Z to cite a source and nothing comes up. Both Firefox and Zotero are up to date and I tried to reinstall the google docs under word processors but the action is not available. Please help!

    If you restart your browser and Zotero, does that help?

    Can you provide a Report ID from the Zotero Connector after trying to open the menu?

    Have you tried disabling all other browser extensions?
    I tried to reinstall the google docs under word processors
    That's not a thing. The Google Docs plugin is part of the Zotero Connector.
