What word processor is this? Google Docs?

Now I'm using LibreOffice and Zotero, but can use Google Docs if that's easier.

I've been citing and editing my Word file in Google Drive with Zotero.

I noticed this recently too. I found that if I simply closed and restarted google docs, it fixed the problem and the zotero menu became accessible again.

No progress bar or citation dialogue, just the popup in google docs.
