Well, if that was the argument, then Zotero can just use a special link, such that they can subtract this usage from the other usage. They just have to tell us, which special pdf link Zotero should use?

To save the PDF manually, in the case we only want to save the metadata for the whole book, one needs 2 additional clicks and possibly one drag and drop.

@adamsmith Besides the technical details I don't see any reason to not show the book as first item in a list during scraping chapter lists from Springer. However, IMO we should then exclude the PDF for the whole book from such a multiples page.

I can confirm that this does not work in 5.0 but it works in 4.0. The translator code itself looks quite standard and I can't see anything special there. @dstillman Any ideas?

Ah, it only works for a citation styles. I had previously selected an export format. Sorry, for the fuss, everything fine now. (But maybe we should clarify the German label there...)
