I am not sure, I understand your question correctly... You can export from Zotero to the BibTeX format, which then can be imported into your ORCID profile. Moreover, you can save references from any ORCID profile to Zotero with the save button.

You can actually trigger the Zotero picker to refresh by adding some lines of JavaScript, see https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/exposing_metadata#force_zotero_to_refresh_metadata . I hope that still works.

That item you are pointing in the url is a GND (Gemeinsame Normdatei) entry and not a usual bibliographic entry. If you try a usual bibliographic entry, then the translator should work as expected.

It seems that the "Internal Format" tab will show the MARC data not anymore as XML but in some HTML table. I will try to look at it more and hopefully fix it in the next days/weeks.

This PNX info is inside a and loaded dynamically afterwards. Thus, with the usual Zotero functions one will just see a more or less empty website. It seems that Primo PNX Rest API could be handy, but AFAIS this only works with a secret API key.
