Excellent, thank you!

This is an old thread, but I thought this is complementary information: how can I do the inverse, i.e. remove a specific tag from several items? (i.e. not _all_ items that have the tag). Happy to create a new thread if you think that's better :)

Hmm now it works... Very odd. I have noticed some inconsistencies in the connector's behaviour. Sometimes, when displaying a PDF in the browser, the connector does not offer to save as a PDF, and reloading the page fixes it. But I guess that's a di…

This might be an old conversation, but I thought I'd comment here as the connector for SCIRP doesn't seem to detect a publication properly, at least in my case. My example is the following page: https://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?P…

Thank you very much for your input, @bwiernik ! I went with the book option, as it gives me more relevant fields, with copyright holder as single-field author, and publisher if known. I stored the ISSN into the ISBN field (I assume that is common pr…

Right, thanks for explaining. Is that something that LibreOffice *should* allow for, in your opinion? I.e., is there a bug report / enhancement request in Bugzilla for it?

Right, that makes sense, I would understand why it wouldn't be a priority to implement that (bit of a corner case), but I agree with @adamsmith : the error message should just say "you cannot insert a citation here" or something of the sort. Cheers

I get the same error with a fresh document. The parameters used are: - Citation style: Journal of Plant Physiology - Store citations as: ReferenceMarks - [x] Use MEDLINE journal abbreviations If I insert in the text body, no problem. If I insert in…

Great, thank you for your input, Adam. Cheers

Hi aurimas and adam I updated Standalone to 4.0.25.2, same version as the add-on now, and I can confirm that I have the exact same issue: without the proxy, the record is saved fine; when using the proxy however, the translator saves the three arti…

OK I figured it out, it is not the add-ons. I reactivated all the add-ons one by one and the problem did not come back. However, I noticed that I was testing all that without using my university proxy. As soon as I logged into my library services, …

Hi aurimas So I can already see the following in the Known Translator Issues page: "At the time of this writing, Zotero is not compatible with Firefox versions 35.0a and later" Is this still the case? Because I am using 35.0.1 and I assume most p…

I was wondering if I could open an issue on GitHub about this problem. Specifically: "PDF drag and drop / copy and paste from Zotero to other apps is broken on Linux" (Please correct the wording if necessary) As this is a regression, according to a…

Hi Adam I have the same problem, without the crashing part. I use Firefox 27.0.1, Zotero extension 4.0.17.1 and standalone 4.0.17. When I try and save a Science Direct element from Firefox with Standalone open, it fails to save the pdf. Howeve…

Aaah, see, I was not aware of that as different case versions of the tag are listed as two tags in the tag list. I just noticed that selecting one is exactly the same as selecting the other. Good to know, thank you for your help!

Thanks for your reply, Dan. So, what the tagger of each item does is that it matches automatically a tag that was used before, changing the case? Or does it just go back to the previous case automatically?
