Thank you, @adomasven. I checked for all the other files. None of them were on my computer. I also opened zotero.dotm using Word. No Zotero tab appeared, even when directly opening zotero.dotm. Any other ideas? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I thought of an additional question. Is it possible to have the full name of an archive appear in the first citation, followed by an abbreviation in subsequent citations (for example Archives nationales followed by AN)? Many thanks, Joy
