Thank for the link and info. I tried updating the Cisco Secure Client myself but to no avail. I have looked into the event log and there is one error message after the other (35k+). Something is off. I hope the IT department can fix it.

I sometimes find the OCR in PDFs from JSTOR underwhelming. When I then use the OCR by Adobe Acrobat on those files, I am happy with the result inside Zotero. Maybe worth a try.

@adamsmith I actually only what the first letter after a colon in a title, i.e. the beginning of the sub-title, to be a large cap so that it is in line with APA requirements on whom the ZfE style depends to a large extent. Does that make sense?
