@adomasven citeproc-js v1.1.196 should provide some details to help pinpoint where in the document the two errors that are cropping up are being thrown. (Edit: unfortunately the error above is not coming from the processor, but it should help with …

We'll need steps to reproduce the error to determine the exact cause. Nothing has changed in citeproc-js recently in that area, although that doesn't necessarily mean that the processor code is not at fault. Certainly citeproc-js could raise a more…

The style guide you link above incorporates the National Library of Medicine guide by reference. Styles conforming to that style family are here.

@chicaeclectica Oops, I may have misinterpreted the final sentence of your note above. This problem occurs fairly often, so it would be great if Zotero could find a more permanent solution. Rereading, I think you might have been referring to the ap…

That would be a setting in the word processor. Zotero does not control the display form of footnote numbers.
-
The developers will need steps to reproduce it in order to fix it. If you can identify steps that reliably trigger the error for you, please report back.

I'll test export/import again, but I'm pretty sure it will work for you if you do Preferences -> Advanced, select the files & folders tab (I think) and click on Reset Translators. Wait 10-20 seconds for translators to update, and you may get …

@bokamm Thanks very much for this. We apparently do have a server settings issue at this end (2.5mb < 10mb). I also understand from the log why it is so large -- each citation added (one by one) includes a record of its predecessors, and that bul…

Good to hear!

@AmandaUCSC Hello, Amanda. It looks like you're using an earlier version of Juris-M. If you install the latest, you should get better results. (You'll have to do the install manually at the moment, but automatic updates will come soon), https://j…

Lucky me. :-)

I would like to help debug this, but I would need a base of information to work from -- preferably a clear set of steps that I can follow to reproduce the fault locally.. If you are able to capture a log of that covers the libreoffice-menu-in-word …

The "request entity too large" error from the Debug ID submission queue is a puzzler. Our server settings permit submissions of up to 10 megabytes, which should I would think sufficient to cover any report of reasonable size. How many citations does…

Actually, the failure of your doc to switch to Word mode (Fields) when opened in Word is certainly weird. A couple of questions. 1. After the ODF Scan conversion, are you refreshing the document after selecting a non-footnote style? 2. Are you sav…

Good to hear that you have it working. It isn't necessary to send a debug report now that you have found a solution -- but thanks very much for reporting the submission error. I had tested submissions only after performing minor actions in the clien…

Debugging reports work only from JM v5.0.37m10. There won't be any advantage in running the older version, so would recommend moving back to the latest release. Those error messages re translator overwrites are not relevant. I have the same errors …

A search of the forums ("End of content node", with quotes) turns up a series of threads on this issue over several years. Most threads end without resolution, or with a sparse note indicating that the problem went away or was resolved. Possible po…

I tried the conversion steps with a simple LO document with ODF Scan cites here, walking to Word with Fields, and it completed successfully. We now have debugging support in Juris-M, so if you open Help -> Debugging -> Enable, then perform the…

This error under Juris-M on the Mac was caused by a build against stale sources for the note editor. The bug has been fixed in a fresh release.
-
If you need shortened institutional authors, you can install Juris-M and sync it to your Zotero account. Zotero and Juris-M will not conflict with one another, so long as you run one or the other, but not both. (The reason for the caveat is that the…

Have received this bug report on the Juris-M project mailing list, and will handle it there. (Notes are reported to work normally under Linux. This is either platform-specific or specific to the installation.)

Abbreviation Filter is bundled with Juris-M, but it will not work with Zotero 5.0. Adjustments in the code of Zotero would be required for it to function there, and making those changes for a specific third-party plugin is an unlikely prospect. I ha…

There might be other ways to accomplish the same effect by tweaking the logic of the processor, but with this approach, all other tests in the suite pass as-is: the behavior is discretionary, and shouldn't impact other styles.
-
It requires an adjustment to the style, adding after-collapse-delimiter and changing the value of delimiter on the citation layout. The collapse_ChicagoAfterCollapse test shows the values needed.
-
Found the problem at my end, it was bad header data delivered by a new translator update channel for Juris-M. In the course of following up, though, I discovered that the Zotero channel is delivering configOptions both as an attribute and as text co…

Thanks for checking.

Checked RDF exports as well, to be sure that the data wasn't triggering the failure. Same result, same error message in the log. Bibliontology export: D837271324 RDF export: D1271896706

Good to hear that your document is working better. It is unlikely that a double entry in the bibliography could be caused by a bug in the software. If you remove the entire bibliography and reinsert it, is the repeated item still there?
-
I've pushed some changes that should be more nearly satisfactory. I wasn't sure how to handle year-suffix disambiguation of no-date items and those with full dates in the bibliography. I did what I thought would look sensible, but things can be seas…

A processor with the new logic is available in the Propachi plugin, which can be installed in Zotero Standalone for testing purposes.
