so you are trying to keep users slient??? if you have the "normal" customed function, why do not you provide more information how this can be done during the install??? really stupid and low to block comments!
-
????????????????????
-
have tried that. for example, i want to index all publications by myself, in this case, the saved results are for my publications, which means "My publication". how can the default item My publication be removed or name changed?
-
this function, customized components during installation and wyswyg 'style' editor are the three most i am expecting... customized means 'let user choose which component (language, extension, pdf reader, etc.) should be installed' and always keep …
-
occasionally but quite frequently recently close the main window, but the process is still there
-
only one window, the main window. occasionally happens since probably 6.0.10
-
maybe this will never be considered. but customized is always good, for whatever softwares/products
-
probably the right way is that zotero should treat whatever you input as for example Pages as page number. now it does that for some journals but not for others.
-
forgot to mention that -- in case page number is not avaialble, the doi info is put in the 'Pages'. in any case, however, putting doi in Pages should be simply identified as pages by zotero, and the item should not be treated as "in press" by zoter…
-
indeed some journals requires doi after volume no, in case no page number is available
-
good to learn that you have found the problem. as you may know, some journals should not have a page number, and in that case, doi should be listed after volume number. hope you can fix this soon
-
so, silence means no way fixing that, right?
-
not just this ref, this happens for many refs. if you change the style, the ref info is then not correctly shown. this ref is only an example
-
even if you cite only this ref in a completely new doc just try it with the ref info
-
whether a new or old document, the same problem is always there. the ref info is there, you can try whatever you can
-
for me, i like using a third-party pdf reader to read pdf documents. as for zotero, i would use it only to gather references and organize references in a 'paper', the 'pure' the better
-
maybe by adding options to those functions will help to make zotero light-weight and fast
-
unfortunately, the nsr format is not the same as the "journal's style (Oxford SciMed) "

for the better of the zotero software, you should really not recommend using any other third party packages for the coding....
-
i have spent about two hours with the online editor, but i finally have to give it up... the coding mode zotero edtior should really be replaced with a simple and easy to use wysiwyg mode, just like that in endnote -- any endnote users can easily …
-
the best is to provide a wyswyg style editor, just like the function in the endnote software

this site has been blocked here, and there is no way to reach there... This site can’t be reached github.com took too long to respond. the link of the journal is mentioned above, you can easily collect all the necessary information by having a lo…

good. maybe it is better there is an option in the style manager itself that any user can simply choose sort by author last name or by year, in a way like wysiwyg
-
for example, the earth and planetary science letters style, the default format is to sort the citation by first author name, how can i easily set it to sort by year (frequently used by that journal)?
-
in fact, all should be generated with abbreviated journal name according to the style
-
simply copied a list generated in word with a Nature style: cited articles1–3 1. Yoshino, T., Laumonier, M., McIsaac, E. & Katsura, T. Electrical conductivity of basaltic and carbonatite melt-bearing peridotites at high pressures: Implications …

items added to zotero with the Zotero Connector toolbar from google scholar already checked the items and am sure the same journal name for each (all with full name). bibiography is generated with the word toolbar button, then the manual editing …
