There's no sign of you pressing the shortcut. Something on your system is likely interfering with the shortcut key.

What happened before you started getting this message? Did you transfer this data from another computer? What's the output of ls -la ~/Zotero?

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

They wouldn't be getting anything from the 8 line at this point. People are presumably just stuck on 8 versions because of this issue.

This would be due to some change in Google Docs, but we'll likely need to wait until they've rolled it out to more people before we can reproduce it ourselves and fix it.

I think it's just the same BBT bug that's preventing proper shutdown. Zotero can't shut down the plugin, so it can't update it. Maybe we need to block all BBT versions

Currently, if you previously copied the items between libraries without attachments, you'll need to delete the original items in the target library. Otherwise those items will just be skipped in the drag and the attachments won't be transferred.
