(I would strongly encourage you in the future not to click on advanced, destructive-sounding features if you don't understand exactly what they do. "Purge Storage in My Library" and "Replace Online Library" are intended for very specific situations,…

All the remaining items in your library were created a few days ago, so I'd guess that you ran Replace Online Library from the new computer with only items you added there. That would do exactly what it says — replace the online library with the loc…

Items and files are separate things. You deleted the actual items in your library (either by manually deleting them and emptying the trash or by running Replace Online Library from a mostly empty local library), so there are no longer any attachment…
-
I linked to instructions. You deleted nearly all the items in your library. (I'm not sure why?) We don't have a backup, but Zotero makes automatic local backups that you may be able to restore from. Again, this has nothing to do with the files we r…

That's unrelated to purging files. You also appear to have just deleted most of the items in your library. The only way you could restore those would be by restoring from a backup (e.g., one of the automatic backups Zotero makes).

I mean, you can't just make up keyboard shortcuts. I linked to instructions that explain exactly what keys to use. Quick Copy uses Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-C for bibliography entries and Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-A for citations. You should see Copy Citation and Copy Bi…

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to open a file that fails? To be clear, you're above your file storage quota, so some files may not have ever been uploaded. You can see the files that are available in the online library. You didn't overr…

6.0.26 You're running a version of Zotero from April 2023. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in three years.

Note that purging storage has one specific purpose: to stop using Zotero Storage in My Library so that you can use it in groups. It's not a way to sync just specific files. But we've restored the files you purged. You're now over your quota and won…

Already fixed in beta 9

You're getting 429 Too Many Requests errors from Koofr. That's all we can tell you.

Explained here: https://www.zotero.org/support/adding_items_to_zotero#manually_adding_items

If you're not sure how to do something, you can really just ask, instead of jumping to accusations of "poor usability". Zotero has been able to copy citations, references, and export formats to the clipboard for 20 years, since before Mendeley exist…

Voice grouping by region (accent) is fixed now in the latest beta.

@ryanwwest: Standard minutes will be unlimited. We don't yet know what the Premium limits will be, but these have real per-second costs from external providers, so we're not able to offer unlimited Premium minutes. But again, you can request additi…

See the linked page. Google's rate limits are outside of our control.

That's a Debug ID from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector. But the point is that you're getting a save error, as shown in your screenshot, so nothing is going to appear in Zotero — that's what it's telling you. On Google Scholar, this is usually just …

@carlosamagi: You didn't respond to any of Adomas's other questions: Does it happen if you disable all other extensions except for Zotero Connector and restart your browser? Alternatively, you can create a new browser profile with no extensions, onl…

We'll need the info I ask for above in order to help. Provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to save as well as a Debug ID for a save attempt.

OK, so that doesn't have anything to do with syncing. Can you explain exactly what you're doing and what's happening? What do you see on screen when you click the Save to Zotero button in your browser? Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Co…

What does this have to do with Google Scholar? You only have one item in your online library, so there's nothing to sync. Are you trying to sync an existing library from another device, or are you trying to save to Zotero from Google Scholar? If t…

Working fine with 8.0.4 here. Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?

Can you reproduce it in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

After having typed in the citation info, I pressed Enter. And it did not create the citation. I pressed Enter again, and a new reference popped into the line. OK, that's a bug. If you use a mouse to select an item, focus remains in the items list ev…

If this is happening, it's obviously a bug. https://www.zotero.org/support/forum_guidelines#etiquette

We can add this, but that current field isn't from us. ("Key" would be capitalized if it were.)

This has been reported as an intermittent issue before: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/128935/ghost-right-click-menu-window Nothing changed here in 8.0.4.

See Files Not Syncing. You're at your Zotero Storage quota, so additional files aren't being uploaded from your other devices.

@FredH281: You can use local voices on Linux, but in our testing we were seeing literally hundreds of exposed "voices" on some systems, and they were mostly unusable. If you can configure a decent local voice, you could use it. @asmlibre: Not sure …
