@rutyggi: This is caused by Better BibTeX. Report it to the BBT developer on GitHub.
-
Your window is too narrow. Make it wider and it should revert to Standard View or re-enable the menu option.
-
I promise you you don't need to use the mouse at all, and Enter shouldn't be doing anything unexpected. If you wanted to cite something with paragraph number "4", you can type a search term, press Enter to select the top match (or down-arrow + Ente…
-
This sounds mostly like a misunderstanding. Read through this post to better understand what the default method of citing has been for the last decade-plus, what actually changed here, and how to efficiently add page numbers. https://forums.zotero.…

Zotero 8.0.4 is out now, which will disable BBT versions before v9 and allow it to upgrade properly. If you continue to have problems, report them to the BBT developer on GitHub.
-
Nothing to do with a storage subscription. See Existing Citations Not Detected.
-
You shouldn't be submitting anything to the Zotero issue tracker. Emiliano is the BBT developer, and he's saying that, if you're experiencing an issue with BBT, you need to report it to him on the BBT issue tracker on GitHub. I'd guess that you sim…

It's Better BibTeX. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/129986/crashes-freezes-due-to-better-bibtex

No, it's just another account, associated with a personal email address. It's the email address that that email shown above went to. If you can't find it, email support@zotero.org and we can tell you the account name and address.
-
This account is from 2020.
-
That's something you'd have to figure out. You can try resetting your password with other email addresses you have. But you'll need to trust us that there has never been any other data in this account.
-
You're either thinking of some other account or you had local data that you haven't synced. Your online library with 88 items has never had other items in it. Nothing has ever been deleted.

You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

@wjanousek: This was specific to Zotero 7.0.16. If you're running some other version, start a new thread and explain the exact issue you're experiencing, in your own words, and ideally with screenshots. But if you're running some unofficial version …

But that's not the same attachment — that's a new attachment you created today, and the other one is in the trash. System changes could potentially affect how files get categorized when you add them to Zotero directly. I was just saying that system…

Likely due to the Better BibTeX plugin: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/129986/crashes-freezes-due-to-better-bibtex

@LenaEngert: You may just be trying to upload a large file. It should tell you the size in the error message. If you're unsure, provide a Debug ID for a sync that produces the error.
-
That doesn't really make sense, though. The ZIP file you provided a Debug ID for was in fact set as a PDF within Zotero, and still is, and the sorts of external changes you're describing shouldn't affect this. I believe there is indeed a bug here th…
-
We only ever need a Report ID here unless we ask for something else. Don't worry about the Error Console. Can you reproduce the problem in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)? Can you say more about the exact problem? I…

No, don't include the ? in the command.

This should be fixed in the latest beta.

Ah and banning

We have nothing to do with the Flatpak.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for trying to open one of the ZIP files that doesn't have a PDF in it?
-
That string just moved as part of the Read Aloud changes and isn’t yet on Transifex.

Fixed in the latest beta — thanks.

Do the affected ZIP files all have PDF files within them?
