数据库升级错误，直接打不开软件，大神帮帮忙！！！

    Are you using any sort of cloud-sync software with your Zotero data directory?

    Are you running any non-standard security software?

    Something is preventing Zotero from even accessing the database backup file in your data directory.

    (You can try just moving zotero.sqlite.bak out of the way and seeing if it's recreated, but you may have this problem with other files.)

    就是这样，前两天还好好的，电脑装有金山毒霸安全软件，一直兼容，但不知道为什么突然就登录不了zotero

    Can't tell you more than what I said above. You can try disabling the AV software, or look in its logs for a warning. This isn't any sort of problem in Zotero itself.
