Is this a multi-user machine? That shows a successful save to Zotero. If Zotero is opened in another OS user account, it could be saving to there.

You used some plugin or AI tool that created invalid collections in your database. I'm afraid you'll need to contact the developer or fix this yourself if you want to sync.

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero? That's from the Connector, which isn't relevant for syncing.

You have to reload the page, not just click the save button again. (That just reopens the popup.)
