How are you trying to delete them? You delete groups from the groups section on this site, not from the app.

This won't get fixed in Zotero 6, but you can try the Zotero 7 beta or wait for Zotero 7 to see if that handles it better.

The ones that show the item title are child notes. The other ones are standalone notes. It just depends on which option you use to create the note.

The LibreOffice plugin communicates via HTTP TCP/IP. If you're running any security software or have a proxy setup that prevents localhost network connections, that could cause this.

Oh, it sounds like you just blocked the Zotero Connector from running. You need to give it access to run on all pages. (That's likely why you're getting that message about reloading too.) See Step 11 on Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.
